Christmas and New Year 2024/5 Booking

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS BOOKING ARE OPEN - AVAILABLE VIA MESSAGE ONLY

Bookings for 15 to 30th December will NOT show on the booking system and are available via message ONLY.

EOY closure dates: 25 to 27 Dec, 31 Dec 2024 to 6 Jan 2025. Please plan your appointments accordingly 

 

Christmas & New Year Booking Policy:

  1. Bookings can be made via text or direct message only.

  2. NEW SET bookings made in this period require a booking fee of 50% of booked treatment to secure the slot.

  3. REFILLS and other appointments made in this period require a $50 booking fee to secure the slot (or full payment for services cost less than $50).

  4. Any changes or cancellations made 48hrs before the appointment slot will forfeit the booking fee.

  5. Any cancellations or changes within 24hrs prior to the booking, or failing to show up to the appointment (no-show) will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. No exceptions under any circumstances.

  6. Normal booking and general salon policy applies regarding refills, lash warranty, add-ons, etc..

holiday season

Booking Policy

$40 booking fee is required to secure most appointment slots, except for any New Set lash extensions and Lash and Brow Lamination Combo, which requires a payment of  50% of service fee to secure the slot. 

The booking fee is transferable to the rescheduled slots (see cancellation policy).

The booking fee will be deducted from the total service charged on your appointment.

Public Holiday Policy

Appointments are available by request only.

A 20% surcharge applies for appointments booked on public holidays.

Any cancellations or changes within 24hrs prior to the booking or No Show on public holidays appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service fee. No exceptions under any circumstances.

For eyelash extensions clients 

New clients

We do not offer refills from another technician under normal circumstances. We offer discounted removal with any new set. 

​

Please contact us prior to making a booking if any of these apply to you:

  1. Have existing lashes extensions from another salon and want to book for a refill.

  2. Have any allergies or sensitivities, are pregnant or have other underlying health circumstances that can affect your ability to lay still for the duration of the treatment.

  3. Had lash lift/perm in the past 6 weeks.

  4. Had your brows or eyeliner tattooed in the past 8 weeks.

  5. Have any concerns regarding your natural lash health (i.e. damaged lashes).

Returning clients

Different pricing and timing are allocated to each refill slot. Please book accordingly.

2-3 Weeks Refill: Within 21 days, at least 50% of lash extensions are left.

3-4 Weeks Refill: Within 28 days, at least 40% of lash extensions are left.

The new set price applies for appointments made over 28 days apart.

Mini Touch Up is for booking made within 12 days from the initial appointment. This can only be used once between appointments.

 

Upgrading refill to a larger set incurs a $10 upgrade fee. This only applies to upgrades from Classic Half Set to Classic Full SetVolume Light Set to Volume Full Set, and Volume Full Set to Volume Mega Set. This is to ensure additional time is allocated to create a fuller look.

Wispy Look can be added for $10 to Volume Light Set or Volume Full Set.

​

Removal and a new set are suggested after 4-5 recurring refills to help deep cleanse the lashes and ensure natural lash conditions are healthy, clean, and free from oil build-up. 

 

For brow lamination clients

Please avoid exfoliating your skin 3-7 days prior to coming to your appointment.

If you are taking Retin A, Roaccutane or a similar product, or have skin damage around the brows area (i.e. sunburn or open wound) please contact us prior to making a booking.
 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change or other things might come up.
Clients are free to change/cancel their appointments up to 48hrs before their allocated appointment time.
Please contact us to change your appointment.
 
Any changes or cancellations made less than 48hrs from the appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
 
Any changes made less than 6hrs from the appointment is subject to a Penalty Fee of 50% of the booked service(s) fee (any services under $40 will be charged 100% of booked service fee).
 
If you are running late for your appointment please contact us. We will try our best to accommodate your session. Please note that being late may result in a shorter service time or appointment slot released in some cases which will be considered a "no-show".
 
Failing to show up to the allocated appointment will be considered as a "no-show".
 
No-show clients will be charged 50% of the booked service fee. No exception under any circumstances.
 
The booking fee will be deducted from the total amount charged.
No further bookings are allowed until the balance is paid.
 
No-show clients are required to pay 50% of the service fee to secure any future appointments.

Repeat no-show offenders (more than 2 times) will be charged 100% of the booked service fee and may be refused from future bookings. We take no-shows very seriously. We thrive to engage in mutual respect between our clients, workers and other stakeholders.
 
The booking fee is transferable and refundable in the form of store credit for any changes made before the 48hrs mark (valid for up to 1 year).
 
 

General Salon Policy

Please come to your appointment with no make-up on. This includes foundation, bb cream, cc cream, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, etc.

a $20 make-up removal fee will be charged otherwise.

 

For minors under 18 years old please contact us. A parent/guardian must be present during the initial consultation.

 

Due to covid-19 and the nature of the service, any guests should not stay on the premises during the course of service(s).

 

Lash warranty: we offer a 72hrs guarantee policy. Should there be any issues or concerns regarding the result please contact us immediately or within 3 days to discuss the matter. Any repair/touch-up appointment must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. Any later than that, the normal refill price applies due to overexposure to everyday wear and tear.

 

At LUMON BEAUTY, we express our professional recommendations of the most appropriate style for your personal features. By choosing other than the recommended styles and services, you understand the potential risks associated with it and that lash warranty will be void.

Lash warranty is automatically voided for any refills from another lash salon.

​

LUMON BEAUTY is not responsible for any allergic reaction or sensitivity. Should any allergic reaction or sensitivity occurs, it usually happens within 24-48 hours. An allergic reaction can occur even when you have been getting lash extensions done for years.  Please seek medical attention if you are experiencing symptoms such as swollen eyelids, eye discharge, or extremely red eyes. 

 

We do not offer refunds for service rendered. We offer free removal or touch-up under the lash warranty.

LUMON BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse to perform service(s) if the client doesn't meet the criteria of our policies. 

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

Gift certificate codes must be present for booking and payment of the service(s).
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
Gift certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift certificate may only be used for in-store purchases of our goods and services. All bookings are subject to Lumon Beauty salon booking and cancellation policy.

Lumon Beauty is not responsible for any stolen or lost gift certificates and their codes. Lost or stolen gift certificates/codes cannot be replaced or refunded. Cardholder may present the gift certificate code for redemption.
